The approach

Can I have just the chin done, without nose surgery?
Yes. If you're happy with your nose and what's missing is projection, genioplasty or chin surgery stands on its own. We look at your whole profile in consultation and decide from there.
Why treat the nose and chin together?
Because the eye takes them in as one. Balancing both usually gives a more natural, more harmonious result than operating on the nose by itself.
