How long is the recovery?
You'll wear a splint for the first week and be out and about within one to two weeks, still a little swollen. The nose keeps refining gradually, and the final shape emerges over the months that follow.
Ultrasonic or conventional rhinoplasty?
It depends on your nose. Ultrasound lets me shape bone with real precision in many cases; we decide together in consultation, based on your anatomy and what you're after.
Will it be obvious I've had surgery?
The whole point is that it isn't: a natural nose, in proportion with the rest of your face. Seeing the plan in 3D beforehand is what keeps us from overdoing it.
